Essentials+
24/7 smart technology demands 24/7 support, which is why all of our membership plans guarantee a 30-minute response time for basic service issues, no matter what time you call or email us. The Essentials+ Membership is our first level of smart home support plan, giving you a direct line to our team of professionals who can help you at any time of day, 365 days a year. Advanced support for our Essentials+ members is available from 9am-5pm Monday through Friday.
Priority
Our Priority Membership offers the same 24/7 basic smart home support as Essentials+, but gives you a boost in service for advanced issues. The hourly rate for advanced support drops, and you're guaranteed a response within the hour for urgent service questions. We also offer prioritized on-site support seven days a week for our Priority members, along with one on-site tech review each year, giving your system a diagnostic check that ensures it is functioning smoothly.
Proactive
The complexity of smart home control systems and their individual components introduces potential issues as you expand your technology network. With our Proactive Membership, you gain proactive system health management, which allows us to remotely monitor your system to detect potential errors and make changes before you ever notice a problem. This membership offers all of the benefits of Essentials+ and Priority plus an extra on-site tech review each year, and it’s recommended for our clients with especially sophisticated smart home systems.
A membership is not required to receive our attention and service. For clients who opt out of membership, we continue to provide 9-5 Monday-Friday Advanced Support with in-home appointments subject to our availability.
