Audio Applications for Manufacturing

Manufacturing Plants often use audio systems to make announcements or even give emergency instructions over their paging system.  In many manufacturing audio situations we have to have high sound pressure levels to overcome the mnachine noise on a production floor.  In addition that same system then often needs to be balanced with much lower sound levels in the office areas.  To do this and make sure we are selecting the proper audio speakers and horns for the application we can use computer models to see what kind of coverage we will get based on the room size, the speaker and the ceiling height. 

Uses of sound and video systems for Manufacting facilitiy uses are:

1. Paging Systems - For both the plant floor and the office spaces. 

2. Satellite TV & Background Music - Commercial free XM Music for business is available from us through DirectTV. If you want a more specific playlist for your business, we work with several companies that can create a customized radio station and take care of any ASCAP & BMI licensing fees.  The TV stations are often broadcast in cafeterias, general gathering areas and lobbys. 

3. LCD and Plasma Monitors – For Digital signs are oftern used in waiting areas.  These ara great way to welcome guests to the plant, give directions or to help keep the employee's informed.
