Video conferencing systems bring people from around the world together in just seconds. With video conferencing there is no time lost in traveling, no jet lag or expensive plane tickets, and no airport security checks. If you haven't participated in a modern video conference recently you would be amazed at the technological advances. Boardroom, Meeting Room and Conference Rooms uses:

1. Video Conferencing - To bring people together quickly and easily we use cameras, LCD displays and audio or video codecs such as Polycom. The video conferencing systems allow us to transmit the audio or video signal over the Internet.

2. Voice Amplification and Echo Cancellation - For larger rooms or distance learning you need to be heard clearly. We use table- or ceiling-based microphones and speakers along with echo cancellation hardware.

3. Video Projection - Spread sheets or small fonts are often difficult to see clearly even on a 60" display. LCD or DLP projectors allow an entire audience to see even small numbers from a distance.

4. Assisted Listening Systems - No matter how well designed the audio system, there can still be participants that may have difficulty hearing. A personal listening device such as an earpiece or headphone along with a wireless receiver is a great way to keep everyone involved in the meeting.

5. Recording, Broadcasting or Archiving a Meeting - With audio- or audio/video recording equipment, you can capture, archive and distribute the meeting or training session.

6. Touch Panel Control - The more things you add to a system the more you need to add a command center for ease of operation. We offer systems from Crestron and other vendors to make using your system simple.
